Steps for Old-Fashioned Leavened Bread
1.? Mix the ingredients in the leavening head [210g of golden image bread flour, 90g of low gluten flour, 24g of granulated sugar, 6g of instant dry yeast, 240g of water], and put it in a warm place to rise until it swells and then falls back to a honeycomb shape inside.
