Hui people are not allowed to eat pigs, horses, donkeys, mules, dogs and all animals and animal blood that have died by themselves. Hui women usually wear white round caps and hijab (also called hijab). Generally, they are green, blue and white, and there are girls, daughters-in-law and old people. Generally, girls wear green, married women wear black, and elderly women with grandchildren or elderly women wear white.
Hui people avoid saying "death", and generally refer to "death" as "impermanence", and in some places it is called "returning to the truth" or "Mao Ti". "Returning to the Truth" is the name of Hui people for religious professionals and religious elites. Funeral should go through the procedures of mortuary, good face, preparation for funeral, purification, burial and commemoration of the dead.
