Steps
1. Prepare the ingredients (diced ham and cucumber, others are optional)
2. Add oil with chopped scrambled eggs into the pot
3. Pour in the beaten egg liquid
4. Beat the eggs as much as possible
5. Crush the eggs aside and add an appropriate amount of oil
6. Add onions, ginger, garlic, peppers and ham and stir-fry for a while to release the aroma and make the color more vivid
7. Add diced cucumber and stir-fry (it will release some water, so it won’t taste greasy)
8. Mix all the ingredients in the pot together, add a little soy sauce, and stir-fry
9. Add the rice after a while
10. Mix the rice with other ingredients and add an appropriate amount of salt

>Tips
Put the rice in the refrigerator to keep it fresh for an hour or two, it will become looser and the grains will be distinct. Adding a few drops of cooking oil before frying the eggs will save more fuel. Adding a little salt can be used to season and remove the sober smell of the eggs
