Sweet and sour pork is a dish found in Zhejiang, Lu, Sichuan, Huaiyang and Cantonese cuisines.
On September 10, 2018, "Chinese Cuisine" was officially released in Henan Province. Sweet and sour pork was named one of Shandong's top 10 classic dishes.

The specific steps for how to do the sweet and sour tenderloin are shown in the following picture:
1. Cut the tenderloin and put it on the plate for spare.
2. Then in the middle of the cooking wine, soy sauce and starch and marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Add balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, salt and ketchup to the water and stir into a sweet sauce.
4. Add the starch to the pot, add water and mix well.
5. Add the marinated meat to the starch.
6. Add oil to the pot.
7. Then put the marinated meat into the oil for frying until the surface is golden.
8. Add the sweet and sour sauce into the pot.
9. Boil the sauce and add the fried meat.
