Huili City belongs to Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province, located at the southernmost tip of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province, in the heart of Panxi Strategic Resources Innovation and Development Demonstration Zone.
