White Cream ----100g
Milk ----600g
Cream (1)----100g
Cream (2)----40g
Flour ----100g
(This amount is more than the amount above, you can reduce it by half). It can be made in half.)
How to make it
1. Mix whipping cream and milk and bring to a boil, then set aside.
2. Take another clean pan, put 100g of cream in it and heat it over low heat until it melts.
