Ingredients: 3 drumsticks and 2 potatoes.
Accessories: bean paste, cooking oil, cooking oil, soy sauce, cooking wine, onion, ginger and garlic.
Cooking steps:
Step 1: Cut chicken legs, cut potatoes and soak fungus.
Step 2: Put the cut chicken into the pot, blanch it with boiling water, and add a little cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.
Step 3: Heat the wok, pour in a little oil, stir-fry the bean paste to give a fragrance, pour the blanched chicken pieces into the wok, stir-fry and color, add onion, ginger and garlic, and then add water to the chicken. Simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat.
