3 tomatoes 1 onion, half butter, 10 croules, black pepper, salt, sugar, chicken essence
The content can be adjusted according to the actual situation of how much to make. These are the ingredients for making two pizzas (I baked two eight-inch pizzas)
Dough preparation method:
1) Pour dry yeast into warm water and let it sit for 10 minutes .
2) After mixing the flour, salt and sugar, add the yeast water. After kneading into a ball, add butter and continue kneading. After kneading the dough until it is smooth, cover it with plastic wrap and let it sit for 2 hours before forcing the fat dough to lose weight.
3) Roll the dough into a round piece, place it in a baking pan and shape it. Then poke some small holes with a fork.
How to make pizza sauce:
4) Melt the butter in the pot over low heat, turn up the heat, add chopped onions, stir-fry until fragrant, add diced tomatoes and stir-fry.
Peel off the skin of tomatoes.
After the soup is made, add basil, black pepper, salt, a little sugar and chicken essence, stir constantly, reduce the soup to a paste over high heat, cool and set aside.
How to make pizza:
5) Spread a layer of freshly made pizza sauce on the dough with holes punched in it, and then sprinkle with a layer of mozzarella cheese.
Then put in your favorite food, such as sausage, pineapple, ham, green pepper, onion, corn, etc., and then sprinkle a layer of cheese.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. Take it out, sprinkle a little more cheese, and continue baking for 5 minutes.
A special reminder is to apply some egg liquid on the edge of the cake, otherwise it will burn easily.
The round cake made in the above method has signs of burnt. The rectangular ones are very good if they are coated with egg wash.
