The scientific name of pumpkin is pumpkin. Its leaves, flowers and vines can be eaten without any harm.
Choose the tenderest leaves and stems of the pumpkin seedlings. Tear off the outer skin of the stems. Add oil and sauté the garlic (the amount of oil is more than usual for cooking). Add the pumpkin leaves and stir-fry for a while, then add Order water to cook (if there is stock, it is better to add stock). The cooking time depends on personal taste. If you like the stems crispy, cook for a shorter time. If you like the stems soft, cook for a longer time. Just add salt before taking it out of the pot.
