Milk steamed buns
Methods:
1. 200g flour + 3g yeast, pour in one whole egg + one egg yolk, mix slightly and add appropriate amount of formula milk,
Knead into a slightly hard dough
1. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until doubled in size, then knead again to deflate the dough and roll out into a loaf of bread, cut into thin strips
2. Cut into small doses, brush the bottom of the pan with oil
3. When the oil is hot, place the buns in the pan and stir-fry over low heat until browned on both sides
