Lotus root rib soup
Raw materials: ribs, lotus root, green onions, ginger, cooking wine, white vinegar.
Practice steps:
Step 1, ribs chopped into small pieces.
Step 2: Wash the lotus root.
Step 3: Peel the lotus root.
Step 4: Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the ribs, then pull them out and put them in a casserole dish.
Step 5: Add green onion, ginger, white vinegar, cooking wine and boiling water to the casserole.
Step 6: Slice the lotus root.
Step 7: Wash the sliced lotus root in water.
Step 8: Fish out the lotus root and set aside.
Step 9: After the ribs have been simmered for half an hour, put the lotus root into the casserole and simmer together for about an hour.
Step 10, lotus root and ribs soup is ready.
Step 11, start it.
