1. Wash the pig's belly once or twice with clean water, then put it into a pot with water that is about to boil. Turn it frequently. Take out the pig's belly before the water boils, and then remove the dirt on both sides of the pig's belly. Just get rid of the thing.
2. Wash the pig belly twice with clean water, add appropriate amount of white vinegar and cornstarch to wash the pork belly to remove the odor, then rinse the vinegar and cornstarch with clean water.
3. Turn the pig belly over and rub it with salt, then wash it with water to remove the odor.
