Two, local treatment
1. Chlorosulfosalicylic acid and Euthrin as a wetting agent to reduce dehydration.
2. Apply 2.5% anti-inflammatory pain solution (pure vinyl alcohol, propylene glycol, and dimethyl acetamide in the ratio of 19:19:12).
3. Aloe vera gel: apply inside and outside a few hours after sun exposure. This substance has bradykinin-blocking and anti-prostaglandin effects and increases skin moisture.

Most of the blisters do not need to be treated, or use a sterilized needle to puncture the wall of the blister to release the liquid coated with 2% gentian violet.
Three, prevention and treatment
1. Often participate in outdoor activities, so that the skin color gradually deepen, in order to enhance the skin's ability to tolerate sun exposure. Patients with strong sensitivity to sunlight should avoid exposure to the sun. When you go out, you should hold an umbrella, wear a wide-brimmed hat, long-sleeved shirt and gloves.
2. Topical light-avoiding agents, such as reflective shades, 15% zinc oxide ointment, 5% titanium dioxide ointment, 4% phenylketone cream or lotion, 5% p-aminobenzoic acid alcohol, emulsion or tincture. In addition, do not work too long under strong sunlight, and it is best to avoid working outdoors during the time when sunlight exposure is strongest (10 a.m. to 3 p.m.).
