Ingredients: white radish, salt, sugar, Chili noodles, spiced powder, chicken powder, red oil, sesame oil and pepper noodles.
Practice: Step 1, clean the white radish, then cut it into long strips, then put it into a basin, add a lot of salt to marinate 1 day, and marinate the white radish strips with water until they are very soft.
The second step is to squeeze out the water from the white radish strips, then put them in an annoying place for two or three days, dry them and turn them into light yellow. After drying, they can be packaged and preserved.
Step 3, take a part and pickle it. The pickled part need not be dried in the sun, otherwise it needs to be soaked again. If it is a very dry radish strip, soak it in warm water first.
Step 4: Drain the water, then add 1 tablespoon pepper noodles, 1 tablespoon pepper noodles, 1 tablespoon white sugar, half a spoonful of spiced powder, half a spoonful of chicken powder, 1 tablespoon red oil and 1 tablespoon sesame oil and mix well.
Step five, put it into a clean bottle after stirring, seal it and marinate it for two or three days, then it can be eaten.
