1. Prepare the mushroom liver by slicing
2. Shred both the bell peppers and red peppers. Cut ginger into julienne strips. Cut garlic into small pieces and prepare
3. Heat oil in a pan. Then the ginger, garlic and red pepper and a spoonful of bean paste incense
