Kumquat lemon paste
Ingredients preparation:
1000g kumquat, 250g yellow rock sugar, 1 lemon, 150g water.
Specific methods:
1. Wash the wax on the skin of kumquats and lemons with salt. Remove the roots of the kumquats and rinse them with clean water. Cut the kumquats in half and remove the lemons. Slice and remove seeds.
2. Put all the cut kumquats and lemons into the pot, add 150g of water, spread yellow rock sugar on top, bring to a boil over medium-low heat.
3. Cook over medium-low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring constantly during this period, then turn to low heat and continue to simmer for 10 minutes until the water evaporates and thickens, then serve!
