Production process:
1. Mix the flour, salt, quick-drying yeast and sugar in the biscuit ingredients evenly, add water and knead into dough. Cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap or wet cloth, and let it stand for 20 minutes at room temperature.
2. Mix pure sesame paste, sesame oil, salt and pepper powder to make sesame paste filling, so that sesame paste becomes flowing as shown in the figure. If the sesame sauce is dry, you can add more sesame oil to dilute it.
3. After the dough has stood still, roll it out on the chopping board sprinkled with anti-sticking powder to become a big thin dough.
4. Pour the sesame paste stuffing on the dough and scrape it flat with a scraper, so that the sesame paste stuffing is evenly spread on the dough.
5. Roll up from one end of the dough. Pull the dough while rolling, so that the dough is as thin as possible and rolled as many times as possible.

7. Cut the rolled dough into 6 pieces (the number of dough rolls must be more. If it is not rolled enough, each layer of dough and sesame sauce will be too thick. When it is cut, sesame sauce will flow out of the cross section).
8. For each cut dough, pinch the cross section of both ends by hand so that the sesame paste filling is not exposed.
