I believe many people use toothpicks to pick shrimp lines, but we don't pay attention to some details in our usual operation. The correct way is to grab the shrimp head with one hand and hold the shrimp body with the other hand. There is a thick shrimp line at the joint between the shrimp head and the shrimp body. Get a toothpick in that place and gently pick it out, so it is easy to pick out the complete shrimp line.
Precautions:
1, don't use too much force when picking the shrimp line, it will easily break the shrimp line.
2, be sure to find the position where the shrimp line is very thick, so that it is not easy to pick it off.
Second, pull the shrimp line out
Similarly, find the connection position between the shrimp head and the shrimp, gently break them to both sides, and you will find a bulging position on the shrimp line inside, grab it and pull it out along the direction of the shrimp line, so that the shrimp line will be pulled out easily.
Precautions:
1, be sure to pull out along the trend of the shrimp line, not too hard or too fast.
2, if the shrimp line is broken, we can only use toothpicks to find a position to pick out the shrimp line, which is very troublesome.
Third, the shrimp line of crayfish is pulled from the tail.
Many people like to eat crayfish very much, and some people will buy crayfish to cook for themselves. You can't pick the shrimp line for crayfish from the middle of the head and the body parts of the shrimp. To find the tail of the shrimp, first gently pinch the position of the tail, then twist the tail at an angle of more than 90 degrees, and finally pull the tail part outward to pull out the shrimp line.
Precautions:
1, you can't use too much force to pick the shrimp line for crayfish, because the shrimp line of crayfish is very difficult to pick. If it is broken, you can only break its skin to find the shrimp line.
2. Don't twist the shrimp tail too fast. It's not easy to twist the shrimp line lightly, so it's easy to pull the shrimp line out when you pull it again.
