Ingredients: white sugar, water
Specific steps
1. Pour the white sugar into the pot and add water. Be careful in this step, do not put the white sugar in the pot. Even if it is dispersed, do not mix it thoroughly.
2. Boil over low heat until the sugar changes color. Shake the pot slowly to boil it into syrup. Use a chopstick to slowly stir the syrup until it turns into caramel color.
3. Pour the caramel into the jar, close the lid, and let it cool before eating.
Note: Be sure not to stir, otherwise it will crystallize on the edge, and if it falls to the center of the pot, the whole pot will crystallize. Just turn the color into light brown. Turn off the heat and cook it quickly. Pour the caramel out, otherwise it won’t pour out.
