Up to now, we have carried out in-depth daily inspections, supervision and law enforcement, and have carried out labor inspections in accordance with the law on fireworks and firecracker factories, construction companies, mines, Jinboyu Company, county power companies, major supermarkets, hotels, etc. Law enforcement inspections on contract signing, wage payment, social insurance payment, and labor safety involved 3,860 workers. The *** accepted 21 reported cases, of which 7 were investigated and 14 were coordinated and handled, involving 53 workers. We recovered wages of 102,400 yuan for workers, and the case settlement rate was 100% within the legal period. The United Trade Union has signed collective wage negotiation agreements with 25 enterprises, which has played a positive role in the smooth development of the collective wage negotiation system in our county. 2,560 people had their vocational skills appraised, and 2,377 vocational qualification certificates were issued. *** Accepted 17 labor and personnel dispute cases, 19 out-of-case mediation dispute cases, and closed 17 cases. The settlement rate within the legal statute of limitations reached 100%, effectively maintaining harmonious and stable labor relations.
2. Existing problems and next work plans
While achieving results, we are very clearly aware of the problems in constructing social management innovation projects. First, the overall planning of urban and rural employment is facing new situations and new problems. The "4050" special population is under huge employment pressure, the rural labor force has insufficient understanding of professional training, and the technical content of the labor service is low. Second, with the rapid development of the economy and society, the private economy has grown rapidly, and individual operators have a weak legal awareness. They are in arrears with employees' wages, arrears or even do not pay pension, medical, work-related injury and maternity insurance for employees, etc., and labor dispute cases are increasing year by year. Focusing on the above issues, in the next step of work, we will do a good job in the construction of social management innovation projects from the following three aspects.
