First, prepare about 700g of beef tenderloin, 0/50g of peanut kernel/kloc-,and an appropriate amount of salt and rock sugar, onion ginger, oyster sauce and fragrant leaves, fennel seeds, Chili powder, spiced powder and white sugar.
When making spiced beef jerky, you'd better choose beef tenderloin, because beef tenderloin is thinner! Of course, if there is no beef tenderloin, you can also choose beef hind legs. First, cut the beef tenderloin into strips, and then soak it in clear water for an hour to soak the blood in the beef tenderloin.
Then take out the beef tenderloin, pour cold water into the pot, put the beef tenderloin into the cold water, boil it with strong fire, skim off the foam on it, change the water again, add a proper amount of water, then put the beef tenderloin into the pot, then add ginger slices and green onions, boil it with strong fire again, then simmer it for about half an hour with low fire, then add a little salt and stew it for another five minutes.
Prepare other ingredients when stewing beef. Beat fennel seeds, fragrant leaves and other ingredients into a cooking machine and grind them into powder. Then remove the stewed beef from the soup and control the water to dry. Start the pot again, put a little oil in the pot, put the beef strips in the pot, and stir-fry them with low fire until the water in the beef strips is fried and brown. Then take it out for later use.
Re-start the pot, add a little oil, heat it, add rock sugar, and stir-fry the beef. After stir-frying, add oyster sauce. Add other ingredients, continue to stir fry, and finally serve out. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the beef strips, so that the spiced beef jerky is ready.
