brown sugar
1 bottle
lemon
one half
red wine
Small half cup
step
1. Cut a gap with a pure kettle. Used to weigh bayberry, about 1000g (my platform scale is not strong).
2. Ingredients: half a lemon, one bottle of brown sugar and half a cup of red wine.
3. Wash bayberry with tap water.
4. Soak a bottle of brown sugar in water, put it in an electric cooker and boil it, then unplug the power and stew it overnight.
5. Take out the bayberry the next day, remove the core and break it (the remaining sugar water is frozen into ice cubes in various molds) (sorry for the poor shooting on rainy days. )
6. Pour into a non-stick pan. When the fire boils, turn it down and cook while mixing. This process is a bit long.
7. When the juice is almost collected, squeeze in half a cup of lemon juice.
8. Add half a glass of red wine and simmer for a while.
9. Fill the glass bottle, that's it (I ate some on the way to the pit, hee hee)
