So first of all, I crossed out Donghai Restaurant in 500 yuan and Chaoshan Restaurant in 800 yuan, two high-end banquet dishes that I couldn't afford, and then ruled out the eight-in-one Caspian Sea that I had eaten in Shenzhen and Changsha. I choose to punch in Fuyuan and Jeffery Ji.
In Shantou's must-eat list, there are delicious restaurants, salty hot pot on Lu Chao Road, dim sum legend, night talk around the stove, ester field house, apricot blossom Wuji beef hot pot, Wuji fresh beef pot, Xiao Wu rice rolls, and North and South refreshments. I want to choose a hot pot with brine in the list. I chose Lu Chao Road and the latter one around the stove because it is easy to park.

It is worth mentioning that Fuyuan is not only a must-eat shop for foreigners to punch in Shantou, but also a high evaluation of Fuyuan by Shantou locals, many of whom are local diners.
If you don't want to wait in line for Fuyuan, you'd better go to the store at 5 pm to find a good seat.
No matter what you eat in Shantou, you should come early, not only to avoid queuing, but more importantly, many ingredients will be gone if you come late.

Nan 'ao is a county in Shantou. I came to South Australia mainly for island leisure. The food on the island is not as concentrated as that in Shantou city, but there are three kinds of food that should not be missed.
