Two kilograms of diluted honey is concentrated into one kilogram of thick honey, which is renamed as qualified commodities such as acacia honey and Baihua honey. One kilogram of concentrated honey costs 10~ 13 yuan. The quality is really poor, but it is honey anyway, which is harmful to health.

Buying honey online also includes packaging fees, manual packaging wages and postage. A kilo of honey needs a sales cost of at least 8 yuan, and the cost of offline supermarkets and physical stores is higher than this. I have been keeping bees at home for more than 30 years, and honey has never been unsalable. It is not treated at a low price, and it is fed to bees as feed without waste.

Second, true honey ≠ good honey, good honey is graded, and the price is also high and low.

Diluted honey is really inferior honey, while really good honey is naturally mature honey that has been fully harvested and brewed by bees. The Baume degree is higher than 4 1 degree, and it can be directly sold to consumers as a commodity without any processing, and the cost is 3~5 times that of diluted honey. The price of 4 1 degree cooked honey is generally 35~50 yuan, and it is reasonable to sell 42-degree cooked honey at 60~ 100 yuan a catty, and the brand will pay a premium of 20%~40%. The price difference is so big, it seems that the Baume degree is only one degree, but in fact the production difficulty is greatly increased.

Honey plants have a flowering period, and the flowering period of rape is more than one month. Beekeepers look forward to fine weather when collecting honey. In the year of poor harvest, they encounter continuous rainy days, and the rare honey collected for several days is eaten by bees. Half a month's good weather has been a bumper harvest year, and the flowering period of Sophora japonica is only 20 days. Beekeepers are like looking forward to the stars and the moon Honey is collected once every two days in dilute water, and it can be collected five times or more in flowering period. The higher the Baume of naturally matured honey, the longer the brewing time. It takes about a week to harvest 4 1 ~ 2 times of mature honey in a flowering period, and it takes half a month to harvest 42 degrees of mature honey. Sometimes, it only takes one time to harvest 42-degree honey.

If the mature honey taken from honey spleen is completely covered, the nutritional value is calculated as full score 100, the diluted honey with Baume degree of 37~4 1 is 30~70, the mature honey with Baume degree of 4 1~42 is 70~90, and the mature honey with temperature of 42 ~ 100.

At present, most bee farms are unwilling to produce mature honey with the temperature exceeding 42 degrees, and the frequency of taking honey is reduced. However, honey seeds such as acacia honey and honeycomb honey are difficult to produce in one flowering period, so it is necessary to take honey from different places. The honey stored in the beehive exceeds 20kg, and all the loading and unloading trucks are carried by beekeepers, with a load of180kg. Even if the husband and wife only keep more than 100 boxes of bees, it is beyond the physiological limit of human beings, and many beekeepers even have more.

Third, only the wrong ones are not sold wrong. I want to give four suggestions to consumers who buy honey.

1, I resolutely don't eat "cheap honey". I can't kill anyone in a day or two, and I will definitely get sick after a long time.

2, my income is limited, I will not buy a few hundred yuan a catty of honey to eat, and I will not be willing to eat. I might as well put the money in my pocket.

I can cook and dessert cakes in my daily life. For any food that needs to be seasoned and heated with honey, concentrated honey is the first choice, which is both economical and practical.
