What are purine foods?
The general diet is divided into three categories: high purine, medium purine and low purine.

1. The purine content per 1g of food is less than 5mg:

3. Foods containing 15 mg ~ 5 mg of purine per 1 g of food are high purine:

bean sprouts, asparagus, cauliflower, laver, mushroom, mullet, shark, cod, eel, animal liver, kidney, intestine, clam, scallop/hairtail, dried flat fish and sardine.

4. Every 1g of food contains more than 5mg of purine: dried fish, mullet skin, yeast powder, etc.

In other words, big fish and meat, bean products and so on contain the most purines.
