Braised Cordyceps sinensis with pork loin;
Ingredients: Cordyceps sinensis 15g, two pork loins, ginger, Codonopsis pilosula, Lycium barbarum, longan pulp, salt and oil.
Exercise:
1. Prepare all the ingredients, soak Cordyceps sinensis for half an hour, and then wash it with clear water;
2. First, stir-fry the pork tenderloin with water, and then stir-fry it with a little oil until it becomes discolored;
3. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook for half an hour;
4. Finally, simmer for 1~ 1.5 hours.
