Tips: This is a typical French snack, which is named after the famous French mushroom "truffle". Traditionally, they are dusted with cocoa powder and look like truffles covered in sand. A good match for chocolate: Single malt whiskey. As the "world's best single malt whisky", known as the Rolls-Royce of malt whisky MACALLAN Macallan Single Malt Scotch Whisky, due to its use of ancient precious wheat seeds --- "Golden Promise". "Golden Promise" barley brewing, mellow taste, rich aroma, is a good wine with chocolate. Recently, it has teamed up with some jazz bars in Shanghai to launch the Macallan Perfect Jazz Tasting Week, which is a very rare opportunity to taste with chocolate.
