Main Ingredients: 400g of beef brisket, 200g of tomato, 1 apple
Accessories: Salt to taste, ginger to taste, ginger slices to taste, cinnamon to taste, and allspice to taste
Steps:
1. Wash fresh beef brisket and cut into diced pieces the size of mahjong pieces.
