Method
1. Cut the cabbage into large pieces.
2. Cut the dried chilies into sections and remove the seeds.
3. Heat 25cc of oil in a pot, add dried chili peppers and stir-fry until brownish red and add Sichuan peppercorns.
4. Add cabbage and stir-fry.
5. Add salt and MSG.
6. Add sugar, vinegar and stir well.
7. Drizzle with sesame oil and serve on a plate.
Operating requirements
