Seasoning: peanut oil, salt, vinegar, chicken powder, onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, pepper, cinnamon, dried pepper, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil.
Practice:
1, rabbit washed and chopped;
2. Wash the rabbit meat with water to remove blood and foam;
