Purple Potato 2-4 pcs
Welcome Vanilla Ice Cream
Glutinous Rice Paper 1 Sheet
Mooncake Mould 1 pc
Wash the skin of purple potatoes, put on the steamer and steam it (you can steam the purple potatoes any way you like), peel off the skin, put it into a bag and grind it into a puree (you can grind the purple potatoes into a puree any way you like). (you can puree the purple potatoes any way you like). While the mashed purple potatoes are cooling, cut the ice cream into small cubes and place them in the freezer to harden
Carefully fill the mooncake molds 2/3 of the way with the cooled mashed purple potatoes, pressing down to make a hole in the center that will hold the ice cream cubes
Take a side of rice paper and wrap it around the hardened ice cream cubes
Place the ice cream cubes wrapped in the paper in the hole in the center of the mashed purple potatoes
Place the ice cream cubes wrapped in the paper into the hole in the center of the mashed purple potatoes
Place the ice cream cubes in the hole in the center of the mashed purple potatoes.
Fill the mooncake molds with the mashed potatoes and press them firmly
Pour the mashed potatoes out of the mooncake molds and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 6 minutes. (Baking time depends on your own oven)
