How to fry green beans with loofah?
Peel and wash the towel gourd, and cut it into towel gourd strips about five centimeters. Rinse the white film on the surface of green beans with water.
Peel and slice two cloves of garlic, and then cut them into garlic with a knife. Hot pot cold oil. Open a big fire to heat the pot, and you can feel the heat with your palm. Turn the heat down, pour in the salad oil, and stir-fry the chopped garlic until you can smell the fragrance.
After the garlic is fragrant, pour the loofah into the pot, stir-fry over high fire 1 min, and then pour the green beans.
Continue to stir-fry for about one minute, and see that the green beans turn green obviously.
Pour water into a half bowl and drown the bottom of the pot. Add salt and chicken essence at the same time.
After five minutes, take out the pan and put it on the plate. If there is too much clear water, you can hook a thin layer to help collect the juice.
Tips
Because I'm single, and all the above weights are for one person, the loofah has shrunk dramatically. If you eat for two people, including two people, I suggest using two loofahs. My loofah is about 300 grams each. The first published cookbook is simple and easy to make. I hope you like it.
