Steps of home-made braised pot
1 Take a packet of stew sauce.
2. Tear open and seal the bags, and take out the sauce packages in turn. There are eight packages, namely: red dates, medlar and sesame packages, secret sauce, sauce powder packages, secret base oil, secret seafood sauce, secret spicy sauce, secret sauce and secret oil.
The main ingredient I use here is chicken wings. In fact, personally, if we can add seafood ingredients like live metapenaeus ensis and squid, the taste will be more delicious. Wash and drain the chicken wings, and then draw flower knives on both longitudinal sides to facilitate the taste.
4 Take the secret seafood sauce and secret oil.
