How to Make Cabbage Vermicelli in Clear Soup1. Wash the cabbage and cut it into sections, soak the vermicelli and frozen tofu in warm water and set aside
2. Pour a little oil into the pot, put in the cabbage, stir-fry it and add the softened vermicelli
3. Add the five-spice powder, add the broth, cover and simmer over high heat for 5-8 minutes
4. Open the pot, add frozen tofu pieces, turn on low heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes
5. Season to taste and serve
Cooking Tips
Put the frozen tofu when the water is drained before putting it into the pot.
