1, new folder, fill the black background, and then draw a circle, I use green fill.
2, the next step, we have to apply some layer styles. We'll use drop shadow, inner shadow and inner glow respectively. In addition also a subtle gradient overlay, which makes it look more three-dimensional, although there is a lot of similar material on the Internet, but it is still best to do things yourself.

4, the next step with the Circular Selection Tool, draw an ellipse (as shown in the picture), create a new layer, draw a radial gradient from white to transparent. Be careful to drag the gradient. When you're done, rotate the ellipse about 30 degrees. This is our main highlight.
5. Now duplicate the highlight layer, then hold down the ctrl key and click to select the second highlight layer on its pixels. Then press and arrow left a couple times and press delete. (As shown here)
6. Switch back to your first highlight layer. Then repeat with the second highlight and rotate as shown below left. Now you have your button style!
7, this next step is very important, set the fill to 0% so that there is only gloss without color, making it easier to manipulate the fill settings in the next step.
8, choose a random picture, do the background of the badge.
9, hold down the ctrl key and click on the circle layer to get the selection, and then press shift + i to invert the selection, remove the excess.
10, then you can choose some of your own favorite pictures to make some of your own personalized badges.
