Korean style radish kimchi pickling method:
Ingredients: white radish, chives, Korean chili sauce, salt.
Steps:
Step 1: Wash the radish and cut it into pieces of about 1-2 centimeters.
Step 2: Add the chopped radish with the right amount of salt, mix well and leave it for 1 1/2 hours.
Step 3: Wash the leeks and cut them into small pieces.
Step 4: Marinate the radishes for 1 1/2 hours, pour off the water, run the radishes under cool water, drain, and add the chives and chili sauce.
Step 5: Stir the radish, chives and chili sauce well, seal in a container, let it stand at room temperature for a day, then store in the refrigerator, and it will be ready to serve on the third day.
