1. First clean the green beans and soak them in water. Soak for about a day.
2. Soak the skin of the mung beans and gently rub them with your palms so that the skin can fall off.
3. Remove all the skin from the green beans. This step can be a bit fiddly.
4. Add 2 times water to the peeled green beans and cook them in a pressure cooker for about 30 minutes. Make it a dosa.
Crush the ice, green beans and other ingredients into a juicer and puree at high speed for 10 seconds first.
Toss with a long spoon and continue to puree for another 20 seconds.
Homemade sugar water: Boil 650g of granulated sugar with 600c.c. of water, or more at a time, and set aside in the refrigerator.
