You don't need to soak the tender and fresh Euryale ferox. These are all frozen. After thawing, wash it with clear water, put it in a pot and add water to boil. Add some sweet-scented osmanthus sugar and cook for three minutes, then you can eat. It tastes very good! Don't use an iron pan when cooking.
