Impurities are removed from dried cauliflower. Some small shellfish and calcareous impurities grow on the dried cauliflower algae. You can crush the cauliflower algae or beat it with a wooden stick to make the impurities break and fall off naturally.
Dry clean cauliflower with clear water, wash it several times and clean the dust on it.
First, add150g dried cauliflower to 5000mg of clean water.
Add 10g white vinegar.
I usually press it in the pressure cooker for a while first.
After the pot is boiled, simmer for about 2 hours.
When the soup is about half left, the less juice, the higher the frozen hardness of seaweed, and filter it with gauze while it is hot.
This process should be done slowly.
Finally, take the seaweed.
Put the filtrate into a clean fresh-keeping box or basin.
You can also grab a handful of washed and dried shrimp skin before solidification.
Beautiful bean jelly, isn't it?
