Thai Hot and Sour Hot Pot
Ingredients
Ingredients: Several slices of galangal, 1 lemongrass, several lemon leaves, 5 chili peppers, 6 mushrooms , a little MSG, 2 tablespoons fish sauce, 1 tablespoon spicy shrimp paste, 2 tablespoons Sanhua milk, 1/2 lemon (juice), a few grass shrimps, 20 clams, 1 flower branch, fish fillets , appropriate amount of mussels, 5 cups of stock
Method
1. Add galangal, lemongrass, lemon leaves, mushrooms (sliced), MSG, Chaotian pepper, and spicy shrimp paste to the stock , cook into soup base.
2. Add Sanhua milk, fish sauce, lemon juice to the soup base, then add seafood ingredients in order, and cook.
