Black Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

1 small bottle of coarsely ground pepper, 1 onion, 5 cloves of garlic, 3 slices of ginger

Seasoning

1 tbsp of wine, 4 tbsp of AI soy sauce, 3 tbsp of hot soy sauce, 1 tbsp of sugar, 1 tsp of salt, 2 tbsp of watercolor starch, 2 tbsp of cream, 2 tbsp of salad oil

How to prepare

1, Chop onion, garlic and ginger, sauté with 2 tbsp cream and 2 tbsp oil, add remaining seasonings (except cornstarch) and 1 cup water, bring to boil, then reduce heat to simmer.

2. When the ingredients are tender, add coarsely chopped pepper and cook until the sauce dries out slightly.

Tips

1Cutting an onion is easy because of the irritation and tears, you may want to rinse it with water before cutting, or put it in the freezer for 10 minutes before cutting.
