The method of making dried pumpkin is as follows:
Ingredients: One pumpkin.
1. Choose a suitable fresh pumpkin (there are different types of pumpkins, whatever you like).
2. Peel and remove the capsules, then slice and cut into strips. Generally, it is cut into 1.5 cm thick long slices. A longer or shorter one is also acceptable.
3. Put it directly into the air dryer and air dry until it is dry, about 6 hours at about 58 degrees.
4. After drying, steam it.
5. After steaming, let it air-dry for 2 hours until the pumpkin is dry and crisp. There is no need to add sugar during the process, because there is sufficient sugar in the pumpkin. After it is dried, it tastes sweet and waxy like pumpkin, and it is crunchy and very chewy when dried. The dried pumpkin is now ready.
