Madeleine Cake
Ingredients:
55g of gluten flour, 32g of passion fruit juice, 40g of butter, 1 egg, 38g of powdered sugar, 2g of baking powder
Methods:
1. Put the butter in the microwave oven and heat it until it melts, and strain out 32g of juice from the passion fruit.
2. Add the powdered sugar to the eggs and mix well. Sift in the low gluten flour and baking soda and mix well.
3. Add the melted butter and mix until the butter and batter are fully incorporated.
4. Add the passion fruit juice in two batches and mix well, let the batter stand for 1 hour.
5. Grease the molds with butter to prevent sticking, then pour in the batter, 8 minutes full, and gently shake to remove air bubbles.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius and 170 degrees Fahrenheit for 13 minutes.
Tips
1. Butter specific heating time according to their own microwave oven, the degree of butter softening and cut the size of the block to adjust.
2. Passion fruit can be used without straining, and directly with the pulp is also possible.
