How to make Fresh Milk Red Bean Toast?Knead all the ingredients except the butter to the extended stage, then add the butter and knead the dough until it reaches the full stage, and you can make a tough, unbreakable film with your hands.
Seal the dough and let it rise until it is 2 to 2.5 times its original size.
Take out the dough and knead it again, then divide it into two equal portions and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Red Bean and Fresh Milk Toast
Ingredients
Plain 250 grams of flour, 1/4t of salt, 25 grams of sugar, 1/2 gram of quick fermentation, 160 grams of fresh milk, red bean puree or honey red beans, moderate amount of red bean puree
How to do it
1, all the ingredients are mixed into a dough. Let rise for 60 minutes until doubled in size
2. Roll out into a rectangle, about 15*30cm. spread with mashed red beans or honey red beans. Roll up lengthwise. Pinch the opening tightly.
3: Cut the dough lengthwise into three strips, but do not cut off one end, braid, and place in the model with the ends scrunched up and facing down
4: Final fermentation 50-60 minutes to 9 minutes full. Brush tops with egg wash.
5. Bake at 170 degrees for 35 minutes.
