How to make mutton porridge
1. Wash the rice in advance and soak it in water for 30 minutes. Wash the carrots, peel them and cut them into mince or use a mold to grind them into thin strips. Put enough water in the pot. After boiling, add soaked rice. Bring to a boil. Stir with a spoon to prevent the rice from sticking to the pot. Turn to low heat and cover to keep the porridge slightly open. Leave an appropriate amount of seam in the lid. Avoid the porridge from overflowing, and stir it with a spoon constantly. Cook for about 30 minutes until the porridge becomes thick.
2. Heat the wok, add oil, then add the mutton stuffing and stir-fry until it changes color. Then add minced ginger and cooking wine and stir-fry evenly
3. Add shredded carrots and stir-fry evenly. When the carrots are soft, add a small amount of salt and stir-fry evenly
4. Add the fried mutton and carrots Add to the cooked white porridge, stir well, simmer over low heat for another 10 minutes, and finally season with salt and pepper
