Coriander, Beef and Mushroom Soup:
Ingredients: 100g mushrooms, 300g beef cubes, 150g coriander?
Accessories: appropriate amount of olive oil, appropriate amount of sesame oil, appropriate amount of eggs , appropriate amount of shredded ginger, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of pepper, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of cornstarch, appropriate amount of chicken essence
Step 1: Crack an egg into the beef cubes.
Step 2: Add a little salt, cornstarch and pepper and stir evenly.
