Barbecue Sauce Making
Barbecue sauce is the queen of sauces, used to flavor chicken wings, ribs, meat chunks, fried potatoes, and endless other foods.

It's also a recipe that everyone makes in their own way, which makes it an almost unrepeatable sauce that we can taste in a group, like a competition between a few people to see how everyone prepares it. Personally, I like to make my BBQ sauce with a slightly spicy flavor and add honey to sweeten it.

Ingredients; 1 cup ketchup ketchup .? cup Worcestershire sauce . 1/2 cup honey from the bees.2 teaspoons Dijon mustard.1 small onion.1 clove garlic.1 teaspoon cayenne pepper.2 tablespoons butter.1 tablespoon brown sugar. 1 tablespoon brown sugar. salt. Pepper

Preparation

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the chopped onion and garlic garlic until they are brown without burning. Add all other ingredients and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. Check the salt and correct if necessary.

After this time, the sauce will reduce a bit. Try it, if you want, you can adapt it more to your liking: if you want it sweeter put more honey, if you like it spicy, put cayenne pepper.

If you feel that the flavor is not yet "concentrated", heat it up a bit and cook for a few minutes. If, on the contrary, you find the flavor very strong (which seems perfect to me), you can soften it with a little water. When ready, remove from heat and let sit.
