Nowadays, many manufacturers add pigments to prepare yellow rice wine after steaming millet or glutinous rice fermentation, instead of the traditional boiled color.
The distiller's grains should contain wheat residue, which is because of the wheat left by Daqu of yellow rice wine after fermentation. In addition, distiller's grains should be soft, which can squeeze out water and fully ferment.
7, taste, pure handmade yellow rice wine should be refreshing, not spicy, easy to swallow, not on the head, slightly sweet, while fake yellow rice wine has a strong taste of alcohol and essence and tastes too sweet and easy to go to the head.
8. Year, this is from cheat people. Many yellow rice wines in the market are nominally aged by teenagers, but most of them are in that year or a year or two.
