What is a bergamot?
The scientific name of bergamot is Citrusaurantiumsubsp.bergamia, and the essential oil is extracted from the peel. Bergamot tastes fresh and elegant, a bit like orange and lemon, but with a little floral fragrance. The first-class organic bergamot originating in Argentina is selected, and the peel of bergamot is collected and distilled by steam.
