3 sugar, 4 tablespoons milk powder, 2 tablespoons milk powder. If you want milk flavor, you can put 2 tablespoons more milk powder.
4 bread flour 1+ ordinary snow pollen 3/4 cups. This is for yourself. There is too much flour at home. I'll match it. There is no problem with bread flour.
5. 1 and 1/4 teaspoons of baking powder are scattered in the middle 3/4 teaspoons, and the rest are scattered in the four corners and four sides with angel yeast.
6 Salt is 3/4 teaspoon of formula milk powder.
The feeding procedure for making bread is to dilute it first and then dry it.
1 Keep a little egg white liquid and finally spread it on the bread. First put the milk and egg liquid into the bucket (you can beat the eggs evenly first, then pour them into the measuring cup, and then add the milk, *** 160ml), sprinkle with milk powder, and then put the sugar and salt diagonally.
2 Add flour to cover the milk surface.
Sprinkle yeast in the middle of the flour, draw a small pit, don't expose the milk, put it on some yeast covers, and sprinkle the rest in other places.
Then you can start the program. At this time, there are two most important things.
The first is make-up, which is generally said twice online, and the second is to do a good job of face.
It's the first time to use the dough mixing program. After 10 minutes, refuel for about 20 minutes. Press the Start button to terminate the program. You can stir the dough for the second time immediately, or leave it for about 10 minute.
For the second time, use the sweet bread program to select a light weight of 450g and then start the program.
When the sound is loud for about 20 minutes, put in the dried fruit, and then the machine will continue to knead the dough for about 40 minutes. When the whole kneading process is over, it will begin to knead the dough.
At this point, cover the dough with a wet cloth to help the dough spread out. Pay attention to the degree of dough initiation. If it is not good, unplug it several times. In short, when the program counts down to 1 hour 10 minute, make sure that the dough is spread out to nearly three quarters of the barrel. Not too high, because it will spread out when baking. If it is high, press it by hand.
When the last 30 minutes are left, add a little egg white and a little butter to it with a spoon.
Fresh bread smells best. After the baked bread is cooled, it will soften in the food bag, which is basically the same as that in the bakery, but it will taste worse without many additives.
